What to do if Secure Drive is not working (Windows)

  1. Uninstall Privacy Everywhere by using Windows Settings->Apps or Control Panel->Add or remove programs section
  2. Reboot the computer
  3. Install Privacy Everywhere again (make sure to use last version from our website)
  4. Check if Secure Drive and Drives section are working
  5. If you still have problems with Secure Drive please send us error report from the program and we will try to help (Click “☰” menu button at the left top corner of main window and select “Report problem…“)
